Dr. Brian Mather
DC, CCSP®
Brian Mather is the owner of Spokane Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic. Dr. Mather is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician®. He has been the team chiropractor for the Spokane Chiefs Hockey Club since 2001, and has been in practice here in Spokane since 1996. He was born and raised in Spokane, and graduated in 1996 from Western States Chiropractic College, with honors. He has been nationally certified in Cox® Decompression Therapy, Graston® Instrument Soft Tissue Mobilization Technique, and does Kinesio Taping® as well.
Dr. Mather served as chiropractor for the 2007 & 2010 U.S. Figure Skating National Championships and is a consultant to many of the areas semi-professional and collegiate athletic teams in Spokane. While Dr. Mather’s area of specialty is the Sacroiliac joint and pelvis and while he has a large sports practice, he is very good at treating all musculoskeletal conditions and treating patients of all ages and backgrounds.
In Dr. Mather’s free time, you can find him being a Spokane County Fire District 9 Fire Commissioner, conditioning the leather of his cowboy boots and spending quality time with his wife, three children, and friends.
Dr. Cory Cooper

Dr. Cory Cooper joined Spokane Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic in 2013. As an athletic trainer and collegiate baseball player, he understands the wear and tear of being an active individual. He attended the University of Western States for his chiropractic education and Whitworth University for athletic training. Dr. Cooper firmly believes in treating the pain or discomfort for every individual, along with finding the cause to correct the issue. His ultimate goal is to help his patients recover rapidly and give them the necessary education to remain injury-free. Dr. Cooper is certified in Graston® Instrument Soft Tissue Mobilization Technique and credentialed as a Certified Kinesio® Taping Provider (CKTP). Dr. Cooper has served as the team chiropractor for Pacific University, Warner Pacific College, and the Spokane Wolfpack. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Dr. Jenn Matsch

Dr. Jen Matsch is an associate with Spokane Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic. She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages achieve their best health and performance through chiropractic care. As a certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, she brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to supporting both athletes and the general public.
She graduated with honors from the University of Western States in 2016, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Her educational journey also includes a Master of Science in Exercise Sports Science, which she obtained while working in high school training rooms and with various sports teams around the Portland area. This diverse background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
Since returning to Spokane, she has been fortunate to work with local high school and collegiate athletes, as well as triathletes, Ironman competitors, and other race participants. Her goal is to enhance mechanical function and improve performance, drawing from both her academic background and hands-on experience.
Her journey into chiropractic care began at a young age when she suffered a significant fall at 14, which led to persistent pain that affected her ability to dance and cheer. It was through chiropractic care that she found relief and discovered her passion for helping others in similar situations. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in the medical field, beginning with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Linfield College, followed by chiropractic studies.
Jenn enjoys treating a wide range of patients, from newborns to mature adults, and addressing various types of injuries. Her approach is holistic and personalized, ensuring that each patient receives care tailored to their unique needs. Outside of the clinic, she is an avid sports fan and loves to cheer on the WSU Cougs. She also enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
Dr. Jamie Bouchey

Dr. Jamie Bouchey is a dedicated chiropractor who joined Spokane Chiropractic and Sports Injury Clinic in early 2024, bringing with her a passion for holistic wellness.
Jamie’s journey in chiropractic care began at the University of Western States in Portland, OR, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2015. Following her education, she started her career in the Spokane Valley, where she spent eight years honing her skills and making a positive impact on her patients’ lives.
Driven by a desire to be closer to her family after the arrival of her son, Jamie made the move north to Spokane, where she continues to provide personalized care to individuals of all ages and activity levels. While she finds fulfillment in treating a diverse range of injuries, Jamie is especially passionate about caring for her perinatal patients, guiding them towards optimal health and wellness during this transformative stage of life.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Bouchey finds joy in spending quality time with her family and beloved animals, exploring the great outdoors, and nurturing her collection of indoor plants.
Dr. Cameron Dwyer

Dr. Cameron Dwyer joined Spokane Chiropractic and Sports Injury Clinic in 2024. A Spokane Valley native and Washington State University alumnus, Dr. Dwyer earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida Campus. His return to Spokane was motivated by a desire to be closer to family and contribute to the local community.
Specializing in neurology, Dr. Dwyer has pursued extensive training in this field, enabling him to deliver specialized care for individuals with neurological disorders and injuries. His background in Strength and Conditioning, along with experience with WSU Baseball and Soccer teams, allows him to cater to diverse patient needs, ensuring optimal recovery.
Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Dwyer enjoys family time, hiking, and playing golf.
Maddie Murray
Certified Aspen Laser Technician
Maddie Murray is an Aspen Certified Laser Technician. She graduated from Almira/Coulee-Hartline High School in 2020. Then continued her education as a student athlete at Tacoma Community College to play Volleyball. Maddie has been involved in sports her whole life and now spends her nights and weekends coaching for Spokane Sky Volleyball Club. She enjoys being near the water and in the sunshine and spending time with her family and friends.
Jessica Weatherman

Jessica has proudly worked at Spokane Chiropractic since 2006. She graduated from Inland Massage Institute and has been practicing massage since 2004. Jessica was selected as one of the massage therapists for the 2007 U.S. Figure Skating National Championships. Outside of massage her many interests include fishing, camping and spending quality time with her husband boating on the river.
Sarah Hankel

Sarah joined Spokane chiropractic in 2016, after graduating from Inland Massage Institute. She carries certifications in Cupping, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage and has competed in several sports herself. Her specialty is barrel racing and roping- she’s our only official rodeo queen!
She felt called to this profession after Dr. Mather and his team helped her heal from her own injuries in a riding accident. She understands pain, and she’s well equipped to help you recover or relax.
Sarah Parks

Sarah N. Parks LMTC-CIMI has been working in the muscular rehab industry for 29+ years as a licensed clinical massage therapist, certified infant massage instructor, as well as an educator of continued education for her field. This area of work has served as a passion in Sarah’s life in conjunction with her love of being a mother and wife. Sarah is the creator/founder of Passive Kineticleveling™ (PKL)™ and uses this technique, as well as patient education, Structural Release (SRT), Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue Care, to assist her patients in restoring their muscular, health.
Throughout her years of practice, Sarah has not only continued to study the human body, but the impact that injuries have on a patient’s life – Developing treatment plans and techniques specific to patient needs has been a priority. Sarah understands the role of care team relationships and values the importance of educating her patients to better enable them to avoid chronic pain.
Andrea Scott
Andrea has grown up in Spokane and graduated from Mt. Spokane High School. She has enjoyed coaching middle school and high school softball for the last couple years. In her free time she likes to spend time with family and friends, paddle boarding (weather permitting), and going to pilates.
Kylee Weinkauf
Kylee was born and raised in Spokane. She graduated from North Central High School before moving back to Minnesota briefly for college. Kylee spends her free time doing outdoor water activities such as paddle boarding, camping and boating. She loves spending time with her family, friends and her Golden Retriever Oakley.
